Personal Notes: Personal notes? Seriously? You actually expect me to coherently explain how I came to be here? Never mind where I am-- I don't even know where I've come from. Not really. I make up stories about that all the time, because when it comes down to it, it's a question I can't answer. Like... I don't know. Where was I born? Who are my parents-- where are they? I was 'found', that's what they said. I was given a first name, and later chose a last name off the binding of a book. The truth is, I have no idea who I am. I just... I just know that there's something wrong with me. And since no one's ever going to see this stupid document, I'll admit it: yeah. I'm afraid.

Name: Hawk

Natural Tenancy: Shifter

Hair: cocoa brown

Eyes: greenish brown

Height: 5'3

Physical Description: olive skin, athletic build. Has black bands marking both upper arms, and one around left ring finger

Personal Notes: I hate these personal note sections. I'm here for the same reason everyone else is-- to train to defeat the darkness ahead. Seems weird... so much talk of darkness in the future when there is so much just within me. I know I can't go back and change the past...as much as I wish I could. So I guess focusing on the future keeps me sane. I know what my mission is - I know my duty as the patriarch, the split soul, is to find my other half. I know we're depending on that. I just... I just hope one day the nightmares will stop.

Hair: Golden Blonde

Eyes: Blue

Physical Description: Golden tan, athletic build

Personal Notes: Eh, just what I tell everyone else: I'm just a Dublin boy who has a peculiarly green thumb. Hawk taught me most of what know... I can't imagine where I would be without her. I love this Dimension and it's anomalies, I trust Sensei with all that I am, and I believe in our cause... I just wish my family could understand me. Who I really am. They mean so much to me, and yet... it's like I'm a stranger to them. I'm different in ways that they could never imagine-- they wouldn't believe me even if I tried to explain. I mean... how do you tell your parents you're not human anymore?

Physical Description: medium skin, percentage Hispanic ethnicity, athletic build

Physical Description: medium skin, mixed Hispanic ethnicity, curvy.

Personal Notes: I grew up in Arizona, and I'm currently attending college in LA, where I'm majoring in astrophysics. I'm renting a place with two friends, if you can call them that... two head cases who constantly distract me from my studies. Ruger is a party animal and my reason for buying a box of earplugs, and Ion is... well, let's just say he has issues. He's why I have a lock on my door. I just want to have a large americano and lock myself in my room with a book about kinetic theory - is that so much to ask?

Personal Notes: LA boy who's probably at the beach working on my tan. I'm in college but my brain is honestly too foggy rn to remember what I'm majoring in lololol my parenTS ARE GOING TO KILL ME.

Physical Description: Fair skin, wiry build

Personal Notes: One of the few anomalies from future earth. I grew up in Japan, Tokyo is my hometown. and though my natural tenancy falls into the slider category, I would still love to do so much more for the Dimension and our cause. I spend most of my time in my dorm studying...and, fine, I'll admit it, scribbling manga as well.

Born with unexplainable abilities he struggles to control, college student Ion tries desperately to integrate into his new school and finally put his dark past behind him. But after making a serious enemy, which leads to an accidental rendezvous with the mysterious old man next door— and his hauntingly beautiful but troubled young protégée Hawk, Ion realizes his life will never be normal again.

Late one evening, Hawk drags him by the hand into a closet-turned-rabbit-hole to an extra dimension, and Ion finds himself stumbling involuntarily into a secret society of training for “anomalies,” teenagers with a special set of abilities. Just like him.

As they train to become Protectors of future Earth, battling each other as well as their own demons, both Ion and Hawk begin to realize that they are far more alike than they realized. Unsettlingly so.

When the Dimension is shaken by an unthinkable betrayal, will an ancient prophecy bring Hawk and Ion together—or will a deadly threat hidden in plain sight cost them both their powers… and their lives?
